For a new year’s cruise NCL Pearl, Carnival Valor, Carnival Liberty or Holland America Ms Eurodam?

We are going with 2 kids, 13 and 11 and were wondering which one is best for a fun family cruise. Also — does the Pearl have a buffet?

I work for NCL so have to recommend them! The youth program is awesome – we take your kids for as much or as little of the cruise as you want, we’ll keep them busy and happy while you’re free to do whatever. They won’t get to do a lot of stuff together, as one will be in the 9 – 12 group and the other will be in the teen program, but you’ll find that’s standard with all cruise lines. And while parents often worry about their kids not being together, the reality is that they make their own friends very quickly – something to do with being in a confined space I think!

Yes the Pearl has a buffet area. It is open most hours of the day if you need a meal or snack.
