I've been offered a job with Norwegian Cruise Lines. What is working on a ship like? The good and bad.
I will be working in Hawaii. If anyone knows something about working on a ship or has worked on a boat let me know. This is a comitment of 5 months. I will be working as a waiter. Thanks in advance.

NCL does not pay when you are out, but the Seafarers International Union (SIU) will give your vacation pay after of "ship" for a specified number of days. In addition, the State of Hawaii will Backlight compensation unemployment during the time the ship was You do not have to search employment, provided they are in good condition and regestered with the union. The card is activated in getting unemployment insurance, just in case work contacts write to SIU.
